Work With Me

You don't need fixing.
You need excavating.

Most people who find their way here have already tried the obvious things. Therapy, maybe. Books, definitely. A retreat or two. They were not wasted — but none of them touched the thing underneath.

This work goes there. Directly, personally, and without the parts that waste your time.

The Approach

Not a program.
A conversation that goes somewhere.

There is no curriculum here that gets handed to everyone identically. There is a body of frameworks, and there is your specific life, and the work is what happens where those two meet.

James works with a small number of people at a time. That is not scarcity marketing — it is a structural requirement. This work involves reading someone's actual situation closely enough to see the architecture underneath it, and that cannot be done at volume.

What you get is direct access, real preparation between sessions, and someone who will not flinch when you finally say the true thing out loud. What you do not get is homework designed to look like progress, or a coach who reflects your words back at you and calls it insight.

Most people arrive already knowing something is off. They are not looking to be fixed. They are looking for someone who can sit inside the actual question with them and not look away.

Where You Are

Wherever you're standing.
There's a door from here.

Nobody arrives at the same place. Read what sounds like you, and start there. The work itself gets shaped to the actual situation on the call, not decided in advance by a label on a page.

"I've done the work. Therapy, books, retreats. Something is still underneath, and I can't get to it alone."

Then the next step is not more information. It's going to the layer information doesn't reach. That takes a different kind of conversation than the ones you've already had, and it takes someone willing to go all the way down with you.

"It isn't just me. It's the marriage. We've tried the tools, the date nights, the scripts, and none of it touched what's actually wrong."

Then two people stopped being honest with each other somewhere, usually long before either of you noticed it happening. That gets found together, in the same room, or it doesn't get found at all.

"I found out. Trust is broken, and I don't know if what comes next is rebuilding or leaving."

Then you're standing at a door most people never walk through on purpose. What happens next depends on what's actually true, not on what either of you is afraid the truth might be. That's worth finding out before you decide anything.

"I don't need a program. I need one real conversation with someone who will tell me what he actually sees."

Then that's exactly what a first conversation is. Nothing here requires a long commitment before you know what you're looking at.

"I can explain my patterns perfectly. I just can't stop running them."

Insight was never the same thing as recognition. One lives in your head. The other changes what you do at two in the morning when nobody's watching.

"I'm not sure I can afford this."

Then say that, out loud, on the call. Cost has never been the reason someone was turned away from this work. There is a way in for whatever is true about where you are financially, and that gets sorted out in conversation, never assumed in advance.

Write it out first, or say it out loud. Either way in works.

How It Starts

Four steps.
The first one is free.

01

The Call

A real conversation, not a sales call. You describe the situation. James tells you what he sees and whether this is the right fit.

02

The Fit

If it makes sense, you decide together what shape the work takes. If it does not, he will say so and point you somewhere better.

03

The Intake

Before the work begins, the excavation of where you are. This is what makes everything after it personal rather than generic.

04

The Work

Sessions, pathway, documents, access. You walk it. He walks it with you.

What Happens

People don't come here for advice.
They come here to stop performing.

"I thought I knew myself. I had a life that most dream of. After meeting James and walking this path, I never had the imagination that could show me what an amazing life looks like in true freedom."

Private Client

"Finding James, I was at the end of my rope. Within two days I felt better. Within a week I was a new man. I found my freedom. I've never looked back."

Private Client

"My husband and I were done. After 14 years of frustration I was finished. I tried program after program — everything made it worse. I was skeptical. A year later he's walking this path too. Our marriage didn't get back to the good days. It rebirthed into something we never knew could exist."

Before You Ask

The questions
everyone has.

Is this therapy?

No. James is not a licensed therapist and this is not clinical treatment. This is identity work — architectural rather than diagnostic. Many people do both, and they complement each other well. If what you are carrying needs clinical care, James will tell you that directly rather than take you on.

What does it cost?

It depends on what fits, and that gets decided on the call. Investment is discussed openly once there is clarity about what you actually need — not before, because quoting a number before that clarity helps nobody. Money is never the reason you'd be turned away.

How much time does this take?

Sessions are scheduled around your life. Between sessions there is reflection and written work — real but not overwhelming. What matters more than hours is willingness. People who do this well are not the ones with the most free time; they are the ones who stop negotiating with the truth.

Do you work with people remotely?

Yes. Most of this work happens by video, and it works. Clients are spread across time zones and the depth does not suffer for it.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

Book the call anyway. It costs nothing and you are not committing to anything by having a conversation. Most people who think they are not ready are actually just afraid — which is different, and usually a sign that something real is close to the surface.

Let's talk.

One conversation. No pitch. You leave knowing what the real work is and whether doing it together makes sense.
